If you wish to order a mix of shoe types, the shipping rate will be calculated by adding the most expensive shipping rate for one pair to the "additional" rate(s) for the other pair(s).
For example to the UK:
One pair of squeaky shoes and one pair of pram shoes would attract a total shipping charge of £2.95 (£2.45 for the squeaky shoes PLUS an additional 50p for the pram shoes).
The "Shipping Method" section on the Checkout page will calculate the correct rates for orders of 6 pairs or less.
If you wish to order more than 6 pairs of shoes please contact us first for a shipping quote. If an order for more than 6 pairs is placed without contacting us first, the shipping rate will not be shown at the Checkout. We will email you seperately with the shipping rate (to be paid in a seperate transaction). The shipping rate for more than 6 pairs will usually be charged at less than cost.
We aim to ship orders within 24hrs of receipt of cleared payment however on most occasions orders will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Our cut off time for posting is 4pm (UK time).
UK deliveries are posted 1st Class and Royal Mail claim over 90% of 1st Class deliveries arrive at their destination the next business day (including Saturday).
European and Rest Of World orders are sent using the Royal Mail Air Mail - Small Packet service. The target time is within three working days to Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe, five working days to major cities worldwide and other destinations within seven working days (working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Saturday or Sunday).
Packages are not classed as lost (and cannot be claimed for) until the following time has elapsed since posting:
UK = 15 working days
Europe = 20 working days
Rest of World = 25 working days
