How do I place an order for my shoes?
At Kidz Shooz it's simple. At the click of a mouse, you can easily purchase our beautiful shoes online - no more traipsing around the shops with the children in tow. All you have to do to is choose the shoes you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
Once you have added all your choices to the cart it's then time to checkout and pay for them. To do this simply click on the
Checkout button and you'll be taken to a page where you will be presented with the total amount to be paid.

Type in your address details and then click the relevant button to pay for your items. It really is as easy as that.

There aren't any hidden charges either - unlike some other companies that charge extra for customers paying by credit card.

Do you accept orders over the phone?
Yes, not a problem. We can accept orders and card payments over the phone. Just give us a call or email us with your telephone number and we will call you back.

What methods of payment do you accept?

 Tracking Or Changing Your Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as the order hasn't been handed to the Royal Mail, you will be able to cancel or make changes to your order. If you require any changes to be made then we strongly recommend that you call us on +44 (0)330 6600160. By calling us we'll be able to change your order as soon as possible without any additional charges. Alternatively you can email your requests to us at [email protected]
Will I receive an email confirmation once my order is placed?
As soon as you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email from us when we have dispatched your item.
You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account at any time and viewing the tracking information. Please log in by clicking here or by choosing My Account at the bottom left of each page.
 Returns and Exchanges Policy
If I'm not happy do you accept returns?
We ensure that all our shoes are of a high quality and in perfect condition when they are shipped to you however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will always do whatever we can to solve any issues you may have whether it is the quality of your purchase, shipping error or wrong choice. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be sent back in the condition that you received them i.e. unworn, unused, complete and still in the original packaging. Please note that extra shipping charges will apply.
How do I send something back to you?
When your shoes arrive, it is advised that you check them over thoroughly to ensure that everything is as it should be. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied then you should file a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) on our website.

To do this, all you have to do is log into your account by clicking on My Account at the bottom left of any page. After logging into your account you should be able to see Track Your Recent Orders. Once there please click on the View Details button next to the order that you wish to return. Within the order you should find a green button labelled Add New RMA. Click this button and choose how many products you are returning. Please also select the reason for returning your purchase. As soon as you have finished filling in the short form, click on Save RMA and you should then receive an email with further instructions.

Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package when you are sending it back so that we can easily identify it as yours. Please also ensure that the package is sealed correctly and that the shoes are in their original packaging / box.

Please Note  We do not pay the shipping charges for items that are being returned as unwanted or incorrectly ordered e.g. wrong size selected. We will pay for return shipping for Kidz Shooz errors or for goods damaged in transit to the customer. We will also not refund any returned packages that have been lost in transit on their way to us. If you send back a purchase that is ineligible for return then you will not be compensated or have the product sent back to you. Therefore, when you are returning items, please ensure that they are returnable and that you use a secure and traceable sending method. If in doubt please pick up the phone or email us - we like to talk to our customers!
How quickly will I get my shoes?
We aim to ship orders within 24hrs of receipt of cleared funds however on most occasions orders will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Our cut off time for posting is 4pm (UK time).
Generally, our UK customers receive items the next working day (including Saturday) as they are posted by Royal Mail 1st Class.
European and Rest Of World orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail or a tracked signed-for service, whichever you choose at checkout. The target time is within four working days to Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe and seven working days for the rest of the world.
However the Royal Mail cannot guarantee delivery times so please allow:
3 working days for the UK
5 working days for Europe
10 working days for Rest of World
before contacting us about not receiving your purchase.
If Royal Mail or your local delivery agents post a card through
your letterbox to advise that they are holding your package (due to no answer
at premises etc.) please ensure you follow this up promptly to avoid the
goods being returned to us as undeliverable. Please also remember to check with your neighbours in cases of non receipt as although neighbours are often helpful in accepting packages, they are sometimes not prompt in remembering to tell you or give you a package they may have received on your behalf.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes - we will ship to anywhere in the world.
What are your postage and packing costs?
Please see the table on each individual product page and if you wish to purchase more than 5 pairs at one time then please ask us for a specific quote.
Do you allow collection of the shoes?
Yes. If you are local to Rushden, Northamptonshire and wish to collect your shoes, please contact us to arrange a convenient time.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We will send you confirmation emails as well as special promotions occasionally unless requested otherwise. Your phone number is used only to contact you if there is a problem with your order.

How do I look after and clean my shoes?

Smooth leather moccasins or rubber-soled shoes can be surface cleaned and treated with any standard leather cleaning or protective product.
Suede shoes look and feel best when left unwashed, but for those occasions where washing is necessary, they can be hand washed in cool water or in the washing machine on a delicate cycle with cold water using extremely mild soap. We recommend hand washing, using a soft brush to scrub the leather. It is best to use detergents made especially for sheepskin or leather that will not strip away the natural oils, or a high quality moisturising hair shampoo. Using a harsh soap will dry the suede and damage it. Do not mix in any other clothing as the dyes may bleed. Air dry the shoes. The shoes may feel a little stiff at first, but should become soft again with wear. The colours will fade with washing.

What is a TPR Sole?

TPR stands for Thermo Plastic Rubber.
Thermo Plastic Rubber is one of the latest technologies used to create mould-injected soles, including polymers and high tech resins. This sole offers superior comfort to ordinary die cut soles, because it's flexible like traditional leather soles but also washable and more durable.

What is PU leather?

PU leather is a layer of leather with a polyurethane layer applied to the surface. Treating with polyurethane gives a uniform shine and a long-lasting like new appearance. It was originally made for the shoe industry and was recently adopted by the furniture industry. The result is an artificially consistent texture that is easier to clean and maintain.

How do the squeaky shoes work?

The squeaky shoes are designed to force air through the "squeaker" as the toddler steps down. That's what produces the squeaky sound. This results in your child actually walking on a cushion of air.

Why buy squeaky shoes instead of non-squeaky shoes?

  1. They encourage proper walking techniques - a heel to toe motion is needed to make the shoe squeak.
  2. They encourage your child to wear their shoes - children love the sound these squeaky shoes make so much, they may not want to take them off! They are also an encouragement for children with disabilities to walk.
  3. Physical therapists are recommending squeaky shoes for toddlers and young children to encourage proper form while walking. The squeaking sound from the shoe helps the child to know when he / she is walking correctly because the shoe will only squeak if walking heel-to-toe.
  4. Security for parents - they act like an audible radar system to let you know where your little one is. As a parent I know how valuable this can be!

Is it possible to disable the Squeaker?

Love the shoes but planning a trip to a quiet place? No problem - the squeak can easily be disabled in either one or both squeaky shoes. You will still have a gorgeous pair of shoes for your toddler to run about in.
To disable - simply remove the squeaker located in the heel of the sole and replace with the non-squeaky inserts (supplied). To enable, just reverse the procedure. All done in a few seconds!
We DO NOT recommend using your teeth to remove the squeaker as this action could easily be copied by your child.

How do the shoes come presented?

The Little Blue Lamb squeaky shoes, soft sole baby shoes & toddler shoes are presented in an attractive Little Blue Lamb shoebox - blue for the squeaky shoes and brown for the other two styles.
All Freycoo shoes come packed in glossy, colourful presentation boxes.
And the pram shoes come supplied in silver-backed poly wallets with the Kidz Shooz logo on the front.

How can I be assured of the quality?

The manufacturer of our shoes produces the same quality shoes for some leading brands such as Jack & Lily and Littlesoles. In addition, if you aren't 100% happy when you receive your shoes we have our excellent Returns Policy.

How child-safe and environmentally friendly are the materials used in the shoes?

All materials used in the shoes are premium quality, environmentally friendly and non-toxic. The leathers are sourced from environmentally aware tanneries in Europe and all of the materials in our shoes have passed American CPSIA standards and the strictest European Safety Standards. In short, you don't need to worry about your little babies shoe chewing habit any more. Also all the packaging is fully recyclable.
